The Level Design team is responsible for creating the open world for World of Warcraft.
I had an amazing time working on Vol'dun. Here are some of the areas I have worked on in Vol'dun.
As Level designers we are responsible for Zone layout and flow, Zone composition, creating individual Points of Interest, terrain sculpting and terrain texture painting, work with the Art Team to develop prop kits, architecture kits, use those pieces to build the zone, and work together on lighting and atmosphere to bring the world to life.
